These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of meuunicard.com (the “Site”), operated by Meuunicard LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products
We sell trading card hobby boxes and related collectible products, and mowers. We make every effort to describe and display products accurately, but colors and images may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.
Trading card products contain randomly inserted cards. The contents of any individual box or pack are not guaranteed.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
4. Orders
An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It does not mean your order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free within the United States and is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Meuunicard LLC or its licensors. Product names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meuunicard LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
