Always read and follow the warnings, age recommendations and instructions on the product packaging and in any included manual. The manufacturer’s instructions take priority over the general guidance on this page.
2. Trading card products
Age guidance: trading card products are intended for collectors and players of the age shown on the packaging. Many products are not intended for young children.
Small parts: some products may include small items such as tokens, dice, counters or packaging pieces that can be a choking hazard. Keep them away from children under 3 years old.
Packaging: remove and dispose of plastic wrap and bags safely, and keep them away from small children to prevent the risk of suffocation.
Opening boxes: take care when using scissors or a knife to open shrink wrap and boxes, and when handling card edges.
Storage: store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and moisture.
3. Mowers and outdoor equipment
Read the full owner’s manual before assembling or using the product.
Wear suitable protective equipment, such as eye protection, hearing protection, sturdy shoes and long pants.
Keep children, pets and bystanders at a safe distance while the mower is in use.
Clear the area of stones, sticks and other objects before mowing.
Never reach under the mower or clear the blade while the engine or motor is running.
Handle fuel and batteries according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and refuel only when the engine is off and cool.
Do not operate the mower on steep slopes, wet grass or in poor lighting.
4. When your order arrives
Inspect your package when it arrives. If a product is damaged, do not use it. Contact us with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
5. Product recalls
If a product we sold is recalled by its manufacturer or a safety authority, we will contact affected customers using the details from their order. You can also check for recalls at any time on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission website, cpsc.gov/Recalls.
6. Report a safety concern
If you notice a safety issue with a product you bought from us, stop using it and contact us right away. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos if possible.
