Enter your shipping and billing details and choose your payment method.
Review your order and click Place order.
You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders more easily.
2. Order confirmation
Right after you place your order, we send a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of what you bought. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us.
3. Stock and availability
Every product page shows its current stock status:
In stock: the item is available and ships within our normal processing time of 3 business days.
Out of stock: the item is not available right now and cannot be ordered.
Pre-order: the item has not been released yet. See our Pre-sale Information page for how pre-orders work.
Stock levels are updated automatically, but in rare cases an item can sell out at the same moment you order it. If that happens, we will contact you right away and offer a full refund.
4. Quantity limits
To give as many collectors as possible a fair chance, we may limit the number of units per customer on popular or limited releases. Any limit will be shown on the product page or in the cart.
5. Prices and pricing errors
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping within the United States. We work hard to make sure prices are correct. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout, and we never store your full card number.
7. Changing or cancelling an order
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update or cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet.
8. After your order ships
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page. Delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
