Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount and no shipping charge added at checkout.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
In total, most orders are delivered within 8 to 13 business days of being placed (3 business days of processing plus 5 to 10 business days in transit).
4. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page or in your account.
6. Packaging
We pack every order securely to protect your products in transit. Sealed products are shipped exactly as they come from the manufacturer.
7. Shipping delays
Carrier delays can occasionally happen because of weather, high volume or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the delivery times above, contact us and we will help.
8. Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the package and the product. We will work with the carrier and send you a replacement or a full refund.
9. Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will update it as long as your order has not shipped yet.
